DHA Architects were appointed to obtain planning and listed building consent to create 14 self-contained apartments and ground floor retain space within this row of early 20th Century buildings, one of which being the former council house.

The proposal also created green spaces to the rear of the buildings to give external garden space to the ground floor flats. 

2nd and 3rd floor part-extensions seek to make the most efficient use of the site whilst maintinaing and enhancing the historic character of the buildings and street scene.
